No. Sleep Well focuses on non-medication approaches to improving sleep. If you are currently taking medication, any questions about changes should be discussed with your GP or prescribing clinician.

In many cases, yes. Sleep difficulties commonly occur alongside long-term health conditions, chronic pain, Long Covid and fatigue-related illnesses. Support will always be tailored to your individual needs.

No but it is recommended that you have a health assessment with your GP, and we will talk about your health conditions and medications during the first session.
