Move Well Club is a welcoming community exercise programme in Bridgend designed to help older adults stay active, maintain independence and enjoy moving with confidence.

Led by an experienced Physiotherapist, classes focus on improving strength, balance, mobility and overall wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you're returning to exercise, managing a long-term condition or simply want to keep doing the things you love for longer, sessions can be adapted to suit your individual needs and abilities.

Move Well Club is about much more than exercise. It's about healthy ageing, building confidence, connecting with others and enjoying the many physical and mental benefits that regular movement can bring.
