1:1 suitability call to find out what’s going on for you with the movement of your body, and any challenges you currently have
Comprehensive movement assessment including strength, range of movement, flexibility, balance, coordination, pain, cardio-respiratory function, disease processes & preferences
A personalised movement programme designed to evolve with you, adapting to your needs, your pace and your progress every step of the way
1:1 session every week for 6 weeks
Text support between coaching calls
Together, we’ll work to:
Build strength and flexibility safely
Improve balance, coordination, and energy levels
Reduce pain and flare-ups
Boost your confidence in daily activities
Support emotional well-being through mindful movement
