Our approach combines gentle movement, evidence-informed guidance, and compassionate coaching tailored to your unique needs.

Move Well Breakdown:

  • 1:1 suitability call to find out what’s going on for you with the movement of your body, and any challenges you currently have

  • Comprehensive movement assessment including strength, range of movement, flexibility, balance, coordination, pain, cardio-respiratory function, disease processes & preferences

  • A personalised movement programme designed to evolve with you, adapting to your needs, your pace and your progress every step of the way

  • 1:1 session every week for 6 weeks

  • Text support between coaching calls

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Build strength and flexibility safely

  • Improve balance, coordination, and energy levels

  • Reduce pain and flare-ups

  • Boost your confidence in daily activities

  • Support emotional well-being through mindful movement

Every journey is different. That’s why we offer:

  • Small group classes in a supportive environment

  • Ongoing guidance and progress tracking

  • Collaboration with your healthcare providers, where needed
